I never received my email to gain access to student software, and it only gives the option to resend, this still doesn't work, any suggestions?

With that being said, your Education Community account has just been activated and you should now have full access. I'd suggest that anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation also explore the option to validate over the phone via text message.
