I never received my email to gain access to student software, and it only gives the option to resend, this still doesn't work, any suggestions?

I apologize for the inconvenience Jeremy and would like to confirm that we're still investigating the root cause of these account activation issues.

With that being said, your Education Community account has just been activated and you should now have full access. I'd suggest that anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation also explore the option to validate over the phone via text message.
