cant export license

when i try to export my license, it says can't export more licenses than I have.

when I open autocad, it opens and runs fine, so the license is still active.

i've tried to activate on my other computer, and it won't let me.

Hi 1dds,

 

As the License Transfer Utility doesn't always function properly, please uninstall the software from your old machine and reinstall / begin the activation process on the new computer. Once this has happened, please send me a "Private Message" (click on my philip.s profile name, and then "Send this user a private message") with your serial number and a request code and I can provide you with the corresponding activation code.
