cant do activation

After the program had expired I clicked activate and white window pop out(nothing is written there and i cant do activation) Why?

By white activation, did you mean the error from this link? If so, please refer to the troubleshooting steps. However, if the error you mentioned is the same as the one from here, follow the appropriate troubleshooting steps. 

Otherwise, reply back with a screenshot so I can check further.
