can anyone help? I tried to submit a support request but got the same message. I am logged into Autodesk 360, it is onlyu when I try to acces the subscription centre.

I have made some changes to your account and you should now be able to access the Subscription Center without any issues.
In order to make these changes, I've had to reset your password. I've just sent you a new temporary password via Private Message here on the forums (click on the envelope by your name at the top of the screen).
