can't reinstall autocad

hi i have a trouble. after re instal my computer i can't re install my autocad wrong s/n they said. what should i do to fix this problem?

If your AutoCAD has been upgraded to a later version or auto-fulfilled via Subscription, then your existing serial number is invalid.  If it is AutoCAD 2008 or later and you are under Subscription, you will need to contact Autodesk to get a prior use serial number.
