Installation & Licensing

 there's no log file in the temp folder.

I tried to install autocad 2013architecture a few times by now, it didn't work. as said in my first post I had a trial version of 2012 or 2011 installed before, but deleted it to my best knowledge. I didn't install any service packs or sp?(whatever that means)

thought I wouldn't need to install it anymore but now would need it and any help much appreciated

I tried to install it again and I have here the log file now.  thanks for having a look at it.
