The serial number you entered is not valid" error is typically caused by a license that was upgraded per a subscription contract which has since expired. Please send us your serial number through private message (click on arlinpega.bibat and look for "send this user a private message) so that we may validate. If you can also send the request code, it would be better so we can manually activate for you as well.
