When trying to create a deployment for Autocad 2012, I cannot broswe to define the location of my Administrative Image Path. The only item that shows is Network, and when I select it wont browse.

I assumed your problem is when you click Browse... to change the Administrative image path, you can not find any machines in the list, right?
If this is your problem, I would suggest you just input \\machinename under the Administrative image path first, then click Browse..., you will see the shared folder in the deployment machine.
Hope helps.
