autocad installation

Hi. I downloaded autocad for mac(student). When I tried to open it,it brought me an error message that said the following disk images could not be opened. How can I work around it?

Based on your problem description, I would suggest a re-dwonlaod from our Virtual Agent link.

*Select [Downloading and Installation] --> [Software Download Links] --> [I need to redownload my product] --> Then select the product you wish to download.
