autocad installation problems

It says that my autocad  2011 is not compatable with my operating system. My OS is windows 7 ultimate which i loaded on my mac via parallels. what am i doing wrong. The parallels seems to be working well. I got through the download it was just the final installation that is giving me problems. Also im downloading the student version. Thanks in advance.

What is exactly the error?  

Also, I have tested Parallels environment and the preferred method is to not use a drive that is partitioned via boot camp.  i.e. Install Parallels and install Windows.  There is another method, which is not supported, is to use  Boot Camp to split the drive & install Windows on that drive and then use Parallels to point to the Windows drive partition.
