Hello and welcome to the forums.

There must be some AutoCAD 2013 related orphaned registry keys from the previous installation attempt.

Please check for the following registry keys and if you find them in registry, export them as .reg files for backup purposes and then delete them from your system registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AutoCAD 2013 - English

After this if you do not have ACAD 2013 installation media download ACAD 2013 installer from virtual agent.

1.Go to

2.At the bottom of the page, beneath Help and Support, click Customer Service.

3.Click the Ask button.

4.In the Virtual Agent window, click Downloading and Installation.

5.Click Software Download links.

6.Click "I need to redownload my product."

7.Click AutoCAD Products

8.Select the appropriate product and click the link to download.

To Install AutoCAD 2013 follow steps below:

1.Logon as an Administrator.

2.Empty your TEMP folder.  To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer and hit Enter.

3.Disable your Antivirus software.

4.Disable UAC for W8 and W7.

5.Install AutoCAD 2013.

Please let us know if this helps.
