autocad activation issues--- HELP HELP HELP

hello, i have had autocad mecahniocal for several years, and  i needed to reinstall on a new computer. after installing the  activation dept needs to send me a new activation number. i keep receiving emails about this. ive received a message they cannot verify my ownership of this software. I have had this since day one. i need to talk with someone, and get the activation ASAP.. i cant waste time on this....please help!
