autocad 2013 lt crash

hi,
One day the programm stops working ( windows just close it) and every time I try to open it I get email from autodesk with autorisation code (Autodesk Registration & Activations: AutoCAD LT 2013). A problem is that I can't activate the product becouse windows close it during openning. Someone knows what to do?

This is because the files of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Adlm\R5 were corrupted. Try to uninstall the product, and delete above folder manually, then reinstall, see if works.

Regretfully, it dosn't work. I deleted all autodesk files, that I manage to find and still same crash during autorization.

Any idias?
