appsetup.inf

In deploying adt3.3, I am getting an error about a missing or incomplete
appsetup.inf file. There is an article about this inhte knowledge base, but
the example it gives is for ADT2i. Does anyone have a working appsetup.inf
file for an adt3.3 deployment that they can post, or send directly to me
that I can compare to the one that was created for my deployment, so that
hopefully I can fill in the missing parameter.

Thanks, it was informative.
But noiw I keep getting errors that say that various paths contain invalid
characters. Any path with a space, like \Program Files\ seems to cause
problems.

Well, this shouldn't work, but try enclosing anything with a long file name in quotes so
it looks like

AutoCADClientDir="C:\Program Files\Autodesk Architectural Desktop 3\"

I'm completely guessing here.

The appsetup.inf is created during the creation of the client deployment.
Since it takes very little time to recreate the deployment, it might be
worth recreating it.

I had actually tried just changing the install path to D:\ADT33. HTat
eliminated the spaces. But then the next path, which was something about
the "Cad Manager" gave me the same error, and that path is not defined in
the appsetup.inf. So now I'm screwed. I think my best bet is to wipe out
everthign I've done so far, and give it a fresh start. I love this stuff.
