the activation screen for AutoCAD 2011 for Mac calls for a serial number and key code, I can't find any information on the key code and the serial I was given is noted as too short. the registration form calls for a code that is supposed to be on the activation screen but is not. HELP!!!! please

That info is typically on the box.

Where did you get the program and did it come NIB?

it was a download without hard copy but I found that the first 5 numbers of the SKU worked (nice if they would have said to use that).  i was able to complete the activation as a result.
