activation 2013LT Problem

When asked for old (2007 LT) serial number for upgraded 2013LT, it will not accept the 2017 serial number.

Hi esdscorp and welcome to the forums.

Are you currently in the process of purchasing an upgrade for your 2007 or have you already purchased and you are trying to activate now?

The reason I ask is that I don't see a 2013 version currently linked as an upgrade to your 2007 version.

If you are trying to purchase, your serial number should be entered in this format: xxx-xxxxxxxx.
