Support,
Is the AutoCAD 2000 license manager Y2K compliant. I was told that the
14.01 version was, but when someone rolled it to the year 2000, and the
license manager would not start.
Thanks,

Hello, John,
I think your problem using the R14.01 (AdLM ver 5.0.1c) license manager was
caused by the time difference between the AdLM server and the workstations.
I'll bet that if you roll the dates of both server and workstation, AdLM
would issue licenses. You may have a problem when you reset the date back.
AdLM has a security mechanism that may be triggered by such date
manipulation. If AdLM does not work after rolling the date back (on both
the server and workstations), you must uninstall AdLM, then delete the AdLM
directory and all of its contents, reinstall and reauthorize AdLM.
Don't forget to stop the license manager prior to making any manual
time/date changes.
