Windows Vista, Windows 7 and User Access Control (UAC) again

In some cases, you may not be able to install Autodesk software on Windows Vista or Windows 7. 

The log files will basically point you errors that potentially can make you go on a wild goose chase:

This issue was resolved by  turning off User Access Control in Windows Vista or Windows 7.

I am using windows 7 and turning of the (UAC) and right clicking on the setup.exe file installing as Administrator took care of the issue.
