When trying to download, keeps asking to log in and re-register

Hi,

I got a problem here.

I registered months ago to download and get the serial for Max 10. Now when I try to get the key for Max 11, it keeps asking me to log in. When I press submit on the login pop up, it keeps redirecting me to the registration screen that already contains all my information except interest, graduation year, and birth date. I keep trying to submit but it says the account has already been activated.

did you try a different browser, clearing browser cache and cokies

if nothing helps
