Check out the picture in CF to see what I mean. Also, why can't I select it
to be installed?

This is part of the Standalone License Manager Technology that has replaced
hardware locks outside of the North America. It is not available on U.S
English versions

To clarify, the "PLU" does not work with the network license manager
anywhere.
