What is Flex dependent on?

On Saturday, I'm taking an existing NT4 server and pulling the hard drive
out, installing a new, blank one. Installing W2K server and rebuilding from
there. Given that the NIC hasn't changed, and that I know what the server
name will be, can I call today or tomorrow and get a server code that will
work on Sunday morning with the new OS installed?

James -
Yes, it will work. The secret squirrel # that Autodesk gives you in the license file is
dependant ONLY on the ethernet address of the network card (at least that's my
understanding).
