Website registration unoperational

Hi everyone, (all my apologies for my frenchy english)

I bought Autocad 2010 recently and there is no problem when I instalate it.

However, when I must registrate (activation of the product) because the 30days of free lisence has expire, there is no webpage opening... just a window with 2 rings.

I tried to unactivate the security parameters but nothing more than this window.

And when I open this in Internet Explorer the right page is opening, but I can't do anything...

If someone could answer me asap because I need it to work... I'm a bit disabled

Our Registration website is indeed currently down. Please contact our Registration and Activation department on the e-mail adderss below and they will help you obtain a temporary activation code for your product:

Thanks for this answer, but you suggest me to getting an activation code. However, I already got an activation code. The mistake is that I can't input it

Hi Yan.

The activation code is put directly into the program after you have registered it and entered your serial number and product key. If you have an activation code, that means that your product has already been correctly registered and your serial number has been activated and your software can now be used.
