Web Services Error Message

Dear all,

 

The web services error message as followed.

No matter at restarting my laptop (Windows 7 64-bit installed), installing trial versions of Autodesk products or uninstalling them, the error message always pops out.

Please help solve the problem or tell me where I should copy the file from the build posting.
