WHY MY MDT2008 CAN NOT GET LICENSE

our customer buy a aip2008.the inventor can get the license but the mdt2008 can`t get the license.what`s wrong with this.
when you run mdt2008
[1.5.-5] error

1.5.-5 Means that no feature exists. This basically means that this license is not on the server. Are you sure you installed MDT2008 from the Inventor Pro media? Is your license manager version 11.4? Do you have more than one license manager installed on your network and MDT is looking elsewhere?
