Please try the following to resolve the "Error 29001. Vault management error: IIS 7.0 Detailed Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error":
1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the %windir%\System32\inetsrv\config\ directory.
2. Start Notepad with higher privileges.
3. Open the applicationHost.config file.
4. Find <section name="requestFiltering" overrideModeDefault="Deny" /> under the system.webServer group. (Note: 2 groups have this line. Modify only this group.)
5. Change the "Deny" to "Allow".
6. Save the file and start the installation again.

We appreciate your quick feedback on this forum!
I inquired about the change in value between Deny and Allow here and the response I got was that the setting is Allow by default and that it might have been changed by an Admin or a Microsoft Hotfix.
For the Content Center issue I have two ideas:
1. Go onto the DVD or Download and try to run the ContentLibrarySetup executable in \x86\LibraryContent.
2. Manually extract the MDF and LDF files from the ZIP's in the \x86\LibraryContent folder and attach them inside of the server console.

I am having this problem on a Windows 7 machine. I checked the applicationHost.config file and it is set to allow.
Any other ideas?
TIA
