Vault Licensing

I am trying ti install Vault Pro 2012 and am having difficulty installing the license manager on a server.

 

It's really old, corrupt and really not having any of it (for some reason yet unknown)...

 

Is there a way of licensing this product via a serial key like other programs are?  Can Autodesk provide a serial key instead of using the license manager so I can move things along?

No only Network licensing model is available for Vault pro 2012.

 

may be you can install the license manager in the same machine as vault.
