Valid License could not be obtained

I am having a lot of trouble running Autodesk Algor Simulation MES on a 64 windows xp machine.

I have ran the program successfully on other windows xp 32 bit machines.

I have downloaded Sp1 64 bit for the workstation.

I have updated to v11.8 NLM

I have pinged the server that NLM is running on i just cannot get the workstation to read the license file.

Any help would be great
