VERY UNHAPPY :/

I need customer service.  Yesterday.  I guess it doesn't exist anymore.  Following a computer problem, my AutoCad wants me to reactivate the product.  I have a CD, the Serial, and Request Key that I saved, but it says it's invalid.  This product is now costing me time and money having to deal with this crap.

The product request code and subsequent activation code is unique to a specific install, therefore a previously used code would not be valid anymore.

 

With that being said, can you please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message) with your serial number and new request code, OR contact our Registration and Activation team via this link.
