Upgrading exsiting autocad 2008LT

hi, would like to check if i would able to upgrade existing autocad2008LT to 2013/2013LT with minimuim cost or i will need to purchase as a new software again. i would like to know the price for a single license for Autocad 2013 or 2013LT and if upgrading from current license are possible what are the price? thank you in advance.
