Upgrade AutoCAD LT

Dear Concern,

We have previously AutoCAD LT 2011 and now we want to upgrade it to 2012. For that we already run the CD which was sending by you. But at the time of Registration and activation the message was came that, the serial no. is not valid. Please find the attached snap of the same.

Hello Sidhartha,

Without looking at your license I would assume this is because the license was upgraded to a newer release per a subscription contract that has since expired.
