Uninstalling ACADE13 while not interfering with 2011

I'm currently running a licensed version of AutoCad Electrical 2011 for work and my boss wanted us to install the trial version of AutoCad Electrical 2013 to test out some of the new features.  When my coworker was finished with the trial, he uninstalled 2013 and that messed up some of the features of 2011.  I don't know off hand exactly what happened to his licensed version, but I'm afraid of uninstalling 2013 for fear that I'll lose some functionality as well.  How can I properly remove the trial version of 2013 while leaving my licensed version of 2011 intact?

I have not heard of Acad 2013 affecting 2011 before. By best advice for this situation would be to uninstall 2013 through the control panel and then repair 2011 through the control panel, if there are parts of 2011 that are affected by the uninstall.
