Uninstall problem missing dll

Hey Guys, I am trying to uninstall AutoCAD 2014, so then I cad install new one (2015), but I keep getting message below.

can you please help!!
Uninstalltool.EXE-system error.

The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from computer. Try re installing the program to fix the problem

Can you uninstall the program using Microsoft Fix It?
