Uninstall Maya 2009

I need to uninstall Maya 2009 loaded to a dongle on a laptop (Windows 7 32-bit).  I want to load to the same dongle on a new laptop.  The dongle is only good for two computers (my desktop loaded Maya from the same dongle).  What is the uninstall procedure so that my present Maya 2009 license is available for loading to the same dongle on another computer?

Just copy the C:\flexlm\aw.dat file to the same path of the target computer.
