Unable to load profile

On a Vista 32 bits computer we have installed AutoCAD Architectural 2008, but then we start the program we get follow message"Unable to load profile file. Some profile information saved in last session may not be restored"
Hav etry to reinstall msxml6, but its doesnot help. Any idea whats the problem is?
