Unable to install Product Design Suite from USB stick

When I start the set up (Setup.exe) the initialization begins and I immediately get an error which reads "The system cannot open the device or file specified"

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I have verified that I am on an Administrator account

I have turned off UAC

I have made sure decryption is off

I have made sure the account has full access to the temp directory

I have created a new temp directory, re-pathed to it and made sure the account had full access to that temp directory

I am copying the memory stick to a local directory and going to try it from there but I do not have much hope in that functioning.

I have now run out of ideas

You need to order a new USB media device from your reseller.  There have been some reports on this problem.

You can try to download it from the Subscription Center if your account has been setup.  You may order a DVD as well if necesary by going here:
