I recently tried to install AutoCAD LDC 2009 on a users computer and I was unable to activate the software and now it is past the 30 day trial period. About a year ago I requested a previous version serial number so that we could install the aforementioned software on our office computers. So, at that time, I installed the software on numerous computers. Now, we have all received new computers and I began installing the same software on the new computers using the same serial number. On the last computer the software would not activate because it said that we have reached the maximum number of activations. I have requested from Autodesk a new serial number or activation code and it is taking a long time to resolve this issue. Now I have a user who is unable to use CAD today because his trial period has run out. Is there any other options to get this software activated? I don't want to wait another three days for Autodesk to respond to my third email regarding the issue. Thanks.
