Unable to access subscription center

I am unable to access the subscription center. After entering our credentials, the site displays an error message -

We are sorry... 

There was an internal problem with the data submitted. Please let the Autodesk Business Center know, error #111".

----------------------------

 

I have submitted a case (#08168927).
