Unable to Re-Install AutoDesk Inventor 2010 Suite - Win7 64-bit

select "Install Products"

"Autodesk Inventor 2010" and "AutoCAD Mechanical 2010" are not selectable (greyed out)

More details:

Originally installed as stand-alone intending to use license borrowing feature.

I didn’t get around to using it, so it expired in trial mode.

Uninstalled using add/remove, then discovered “Uninstall Inventor” utility and ran that also.

Now I want to reinstall as network licensed, accessing license manager via VPN rather than playing around with license borrowing feature.

Hmph - no Love from AutoDesk. (I've only been purchasing your products for 20 years now.)

I've attached an image of the install screen.

Also, when I click "view installed updates" in "programs and features", Autodesk Inventor 2010 SP1 is shown but does not uninstall when I select it.

Please Help

Maybe there is something resides in your machine block you to install the product. I provide you a Microsoft tool called "Windows Installer Clean UP " to uninstall Inventor or Mechanical, just change the extension to .exe and install it.
