Unable to Install Maya 2011

I have been having a VERY difficult time getting Maya 2011 to install on my MacBook Pro. I keep getting the below error:

Your product cannot be registered in United States. (7)

Click the "Use another method" link below to complete the necessary forms and submit your request to the local Autodesk Business Center for your area. A Customer Service Representative will respond within the next 2 business days.

For some reason, my Student Account was showing that I was attending school someplace in Asia. I emailed autodesk.education.community@autodesk.com and they told me they fixed my Account. Now when I try to login in at http://students.autodesk.com, I get the below error:

Your registration could not be processed.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with access to the Autodesk Student Community as you need to have an authorized school-issued email address. If you have a valid email address, please retry your registration on the new member registration page.

Don't have a school email address? Click here!

My school email is jeffreyv@fullsail.edu I believe there might be some sort of issue with the single sign on. Please help!

Thanks,

Hi jvisgaitis;

   Sorry you are continuing to have troubles with your serial numbers. Unfortunately I am not able to provide a definitive answer on this for you. I would follow up with your re-seller first to see if there was a problem with the registration of the serial number. I would contact the autodesk.education.community@autodesk.com  again to have them confirm that the serial number / account has been properly corrected.
