I have noted that you have successfully delt with a similar error:
UNHANDLED EXCEPTION C0000005 (ACCESS VIOLATION READING OX0134)
My situation is exactly similar i.e. loading a new AcadLT 2012 software, while loading no errors are reported, however once the new installation starts I get the same error but ending in 0x0144 twice.
The AcadLT works until I try to open an existing .dwg or try to close etc...
In desperation I tried the fix recomended for the 0x0134 issue but was unsuccessful. I even downloaded all the latest updates and fix's for LT 2012 but sill same issue sam code.
Can someone from Autodesk please help as I'm now tearing out my hear!!!
