Trying to download Revit

Over the past 2 days i've tried to download Revit, it downloaded the Akamai Net Session Interface, then a popup screen asking where to save Revit......which i thought was normal.....it didn't matter where i tried to save it, it came up with the following error

revit dl2.jpg

Can anyone help

From the message, it sounds like the download utility is not able to write to the location specified.

Have you tried saving it directly to the C:\ drive, or to your Desktop?

Also, how much disk space do you have free?

Sorry Lance, my message got moved and had trouble locating it, I've got 405gb of spare space on the computer, it's only a year old, I've tried saving it to the C drive, dektop, my docs, my downloads, on a external drive.......... I have downloaded other software off the Acad site with no problems in the past e.g. LT2013

405GBs should be enough (for Revit anyway).

You might want to try clearing your temp folder, as the download is likely going to write to this folder.

Also, where are you downloading Revit from (e.g. as a trial, through the Subscription Center or somewhere else)?
