Trying to activate Student License; Invalid Serial Number?

Hello,

I have been trying to download the Maya 2014 program, the Student license, and it keeps saying that no matter what I do, my serial number/product key is not valid, and since I am currently attending school it's urgent I get this on my home computer ASAP. Thanks!
