I downloaded the Trial Version of AutoCAD 2011, and went through the setup to where it asked for a serial number and a product key. After calling into the customer service and finding out that a trial version does not have to have one. Then being sent to call another number and they reply with that they arent in charge of that, and I need to call back to customer service but that there is no customer service for trial versions except on the internet. I was wondering what I need to do to get my program to work before the 30 days is up, or is this a common way that AutoDesk treats all of their potential costumers and I just need to find a different program?
If you have not installed trial version of Autocad before you should find the screen similar to the attached, where you can choose trial mode.
if not try all zeros,
this topic is discussed here too
I tried the entering all zeros, and I have never installed the program before this time. So according to the other discussion I am out of luck. Is this the customer support that a individual would get if had bought the product? That this problem has happend before, but you are just out of luck?
if you want phone support you need to look for a local reselller here: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/partner/search?id=1088201&siteID=123112
