You have a couple of options for transferring your licenses:
1. Transfer your licenses via the online transfer utility
or
2. Uninstall from your old machine and complete fresh installations on your new computer
*Note: If you are prompted to re-activate please contact our Activation and Registration team for assistance:
1. Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2. Select โActivation & Registrationโ or โLicense Managementโ
3. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
4. Select โI Still Need Helpโ if you need personal assistance.
