Transfering license to a new computer , OLD hard disk not working!!!

Hello everyone.

How can I transfer my 3dsmax 2013 license to a new computer?

I read that i need to export the license first  and then import it on the new computer..(here http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=18221949&linkID=9240617#section5)  But I can't do that!!!!

The original license was installed on a  hard disk that stopped working due to a electrical overcharge.

I really need your help!!!!

You can just install and reactivate on the new computer.  If it fails automatically, then you can get a manual activation.  It's no big deal.
