Transfering License from one company to another

Hi,

We just perchased a company that ownes 3DS max and MAYA licenses. I would like to know the procedure to transfer the licenses to our company. I can't find no where the SLA or the EULA for these product on the web site.

Hello,

contact your reseller it will give you a document to answer.
Autodesk will analyze it to permit to use software and modify the name of
the company.
(Log to your subscription program and perhaps you will find the document)
