Do I load the 2007 program on the target computer and open PLU?  After loading, will I be able to open the PLU?

Welcome to the community.

You can attempt this if you want.  However, the PLU works aboout -1 times out of 10.  :smileyvery-happy:

If your license is still valid (meaning it was never upgraded, cross-graded, or under expired Subscription) then you should be able to just install it on the new workstation and activate it over the Internet.  If you need a manual activation you can do so.  It's way better than messing with the PLU.

You can use the online method to activate your license here:

Good Luck!
