I have been trying to acivate all morning, I've gone through the steps to request an activation code, but always end up getting the message "The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)"
This typically happens with licenses that have been upgraded per a subscription contract that has since expired. In order to validate, would you mind either sending me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with your serial number or contacting our License Assistance Team for direct support?
