Hi,

I am trying to activate the education version of Maya 2014 which allows me to use it for 3 years. I have checked several times that the serial number is correct as according to the email sent to me and also by checking it under the Maya account portal which holds my serial key.

Unfortunately i am still unable to activate the product. I would appreciate any assistance in this as i have to use Maya for one of my modules in University.
